Those are very dull Buick Rally wheels with missing center caps. The center caps are harder to find than the wheels. The wheels were options on many early-mid 70's Buicks and I used to see them on customized 1/2 ton Chevy pickups. Apparantly quite desirable. I got them from a '73 Riviera headed to a junkyard.

Oh, it's my '73 LeSabre. My grandparents bought it new in '73! It had a 350 when they bought it, I transplanted a few different engines but recently put a Buick 455 in it. It runs strong but not very well. Really needs a full rebuild. I've got plans........ ;)
